There are several ways: We have a services form , aka checklist, with suggestions on it that you can pick from. This is typically done prior to scheduling your first visit so we can give you the best quote. You can also text or email us what you want and we will clarify if we have any questions. You have complete control over what we do, or don't do. 

Yes we are! ALL of our workers go thru the certification process. We won't hire if they can't pass. We believe it is a very serious thing to allow strangers into your home, so we take every precaution to insure we have top quality personnel.

 Absolutely! We want our clients to be very pleased with our work, and we want your repeat business. You can either do a walk-through with an employee before they leave, and ask for improvements right then & there, or you can call/text/email us and tell us what we need to fix. You'll have 24 hours to inform us of items that did not meet your specifications. Since we want repeat customers,  we want to get it right!  Our cleaning experts will either make the issue right immediately, or someone will go back to your home to rectify the problem. Plus, there's no charge if we need to return. We would prefer to be notified immediately, so we can avoid a return trip, but not everyone is comfortable with that. Either way, we will always do our very best to make you happy!

Typically, none. We will supply all of our own cleaning products, mops, vacuums, etc. However, if you prefer that we use specific products, we can do that as well.

Our main number works for all inquiries, complaints, questions, and rescheduling. You can also test or email. However, we do need at least a 2-hour notice.

Not at all! We also do commercial cleaning. Whether you own a large corporation, or a small place of your own, we can provide the same services. The customer would just fill out a checklist of what specific services they want performed, and how often, and we can give you a quote.
